I think I've found a new way we are being robbed. The credit card charges are not going into our accounts. Recently I was testing my machine using my credit card. The charges were only 2.48 & 2.00. Money should have been creditted to my checking account. Well it wasn't. The payment company Corner Stone Payments in Alpheretta, GA. Has no record of me as a merchant.
I filed all the documents with Pantheon last Sept. Or Oct. Corner Stone does not have my name or even my zip code listed in their files. They told me to get my merchant # from Pantheon. I called and guess what my installation person Doreen Taylor was not in today and she is the only one that has my file on her computer. Believe that? I will try again tomorrow but I doubt Doreen will return as a matter of fact I'll bet on it any takers?
I'm now dealing with a company called New Edge in Saginaw MI for tech support. They told me I need an on site tech person to fix the machine. What are the odds that they will send one. My machine is located in NC. Anyone willing to bet on it.
I would like to join any class action suit against Pantheon and the owner-crooks. Where do I go to sign-up.
