Everyone,
As most of you know, an indictment has been filed against a William Judd (whoever that is Jeff Cuba Cooper, Alan Glaubman?), and a James Vitale. We need to add Kathryn Edelstein (she was also a "closer" like James).
I have talked to an attorney in Florida that is representing one of the other people in this posting on "rip off report". He told me in a matter of speaking that he wasn't going to represent anyother Pantheon clients at this time because he is just going to try to get his client her money back.
He didn't think that there was a lot of money to go around. He also said that the best thing for the rest of us to do it to make sure we do everything we can to contact the states attorney and let them go after the scum bags to force a restitution of funds.
EVERYONE needs to come together on this. Please, file a consumer complaints and consumer complaints will make arrangements with both lawyers and the authorities to make contact with all of us who are victims.
Have you also noticed that Pantheon has now changed their 800 number. It used to be 800 507 2400 to the "corp office", but now belongs to a different company. Also, I have talked to a few the of the so called references that Pantheon gave out.
The first time I talked to them they were all glowing about it. A couple of people now have their phone numbers disconnected. I did talk to a couple of them that have their machines sitting in their living rooms or garages because Pantheon won't service the client at all!
BTW, New Edge Tech and New Edge Networks are NOT the same company. New Edge tech is the company that Pantheon uses to install the machine. New Edge Networks does not work for Pantheon, and is a DSL company ONLY.
