Purchased Pantheon E Z Link machine October 25. It is still sitting in our entry hall unopened. All of the potential sites Pantheon found were unacceptable and in generally poor or risky locations. They were never in well atttended, well kept, high traffic locations that they had promised; nor were they in acceptable locations we had scoped out ourselves.
Our dealings with Elmer, Jeff, and Sonya were futile. The persons, such as Elmer, kept stating that that they were working on a better location. Each time we checked out the location it proved to be totally inadequate.
We have yet to see a Pantheon E Z link machine in operation anywhere. Pantheon personel insisted that they would find a good location and for us not to pursue any businesses without them making the initial contact.
Pantheon needs to be shut down. They are truly deceiving their customers and ripping them off!
