On Jan 23 I inquired about a free credit report and credit score. When I realized that it involved a monthly monitoring fee I immediately cancelled my membership. On February 23 I received a charge of $12.00 to my credit card.
When I called about this I was told that I could cancel my membership (which they still had in effect) but that they could not refund the charge on my credit card. They would not relent although I insisted that it was their fault that the account was still in effect in the first place.
These people appear to be opportunist and not good businessmen. Stay away from them
