Did not cancel free membership when I returned confirmation of cancellation!

I signed up for the Monster Networking free trial and prior to the end of the free period I requested cancellation. You have to email them and they contact you requesting confirmation and you email them back. You cannot delete your own account!

I did everything required and they billed my credit card anyway.

I went to the website to delete my card info and you can't do that either - you have to contact them. So, I contacted them 6 times and my account is still there.

First off, the Networking thing sucks and second, even if they do cancel my account, I am out $10.

It's only $10, but I can't imagine how much they made by charging people this $10 fraudulently.

Makes me sick to know that hundreds of people are making more money for this company by them stealing!
