Website rips off clients because it does not work correctly ripoff

SPRINT website a disaster for clients!

I am in Abu Dhabi, UAE working. I tried to pay my sprint bill in the US using their website. As usual, it did not work, and I got a web page error... So I called my daughter in california and had her withdraw $180 to pay this bill. Then I find to my surprise that even though the web page went nuts, it did take the money out. Now I find myself having paid double and in addition overdrawn to the tune of about $50 and I cannot even get their website to allow me to contact customer support to complain yet again... If sprint cannot even figure out how to get a website to work properly, who would be dumb enough to invest in them?

Hopefully, someone in corporate will address that question soon. If you call their 800 number you are on perpetual hold. Most of the time that website does not work even in the US. I have repeatedly complained about it to customer service, but nothing is ever done about it.
