On January 3, I ordered a leather jacket for my husband for $92.94. Several days later my payment was processed on my debit card.
On January 27, I received an e-mail with a UPS tracking number saying my order would be delivered by February 2.
The tracking information showed billing information had been received, but the package had never been picked up to delivered to UPS.
We started contacting them through phone & email. They apologized for the delay and said it that it was sent out on February 3 and that we could start tracking it. It was not sent.
Then in another e-mail saying the jacket was shipped on February 7 and they would send us a tracking number by February 8th. We have not heard from them since. It seems they have stopped responding to our e-mails.in the past, they would respond with some vague answer, not what we wanted to know. But now they have not responded to our past 5 messages in the past 2 days.
