We purchased a jacket in early March for which our credit card was immediately charge. The product never arrived. They claimed the jacket was shipped. So we asked for a tracking number which they could not or would not provide.
I sent Just-leather a barrage of emails before receiving their response "I will check this instantly to see where the package is at this moment." They still didn't provide the tracking number.
I made a claim to my credit card company to credit my account.
Didn't receive the jacket or tracking number. A dozen or more emails to them before receiving a response and only then more prevaricating.
