Emailed about availability of jacket on January 10. No response. Called on January 12 to place order and was told that the jacket was in stock and that it took 2 days to ship to Virginia. Ordered jacket over the phone via credit card. Received email for the confirmation that the order went through. Emailed the company for a tracking number. No response. Emailed and called everyday for a tracking number and status of order, phone went straight to voice mail and never got email replies or call backs.
After the 5-7 day shipping processing time, I had figured that the jacket would be sent out, but still I never got replies via email or phone. 4 days after, I finally got an email with a UPS tracking number. One that has to be really bogus because he's probably paying for a label and shipping 'something, if anything' out for 2.0 pounds. There is no way a leather motorcycle jacket is gonna be shipped out at 2 pounds. The scam of it is paying for a UPS sticker/tracking number for 2 pounds and keeping the rest of the money. Good scam, because he has scammed many people as I have seen many complaints! I had been very angry for the past couple of weeks, but knowing that other people have gotten taken by this guy, I don't feel so bad.
This guy needs to go to prison because he's scammed many people and all I've seen were negative complaints. I didn't think there was something fishy until I realized this guy wouldn't ever answer his phone or get back in contact with me. This is very bad business! I just don't know how he's getting away with this and for how long he's been doing this.
I hope he gets caught because he's getting away with murder.
