I ordered a large leather jacket on 12/08. After 3 weeks I heard nothing and contacted Matthew Sherman. He gave me a false tracking number as well as lying to me about it being shipped out. I called on 1/03 and informed him I knew of the misleading info he gave me. At which point he became belligerent. I became a little rude myself because of his yelling. He said I was harassing him, and then accused me of slandering him on the internet. He threatened to sue me. Upon reading these reports, I am one of many he is threatening to sue. Is this his way of trying to get back at us? I don't know him nor would I slander him. I only want the jacket or my money back. He was very unprofessional on the phone. How can someone run a business like that?
