Three days before shipment Jan told me she had miscalculated the date of birth of my puppy. As well as a different birth date, the puppy now had different parents, yet she insisted this was the same puppy she had reserved and sold to me two months earlier. How does that happen?
I e-mailed two other people who I had heard had the same sort of problems and had them forward me the photos Jan had sent them of their puppies. SURPRISE same puppy as mine. At this point I requested my $1,250.00 refund.
It is obvious I will never get my money back unless I yell loud and clear. I think I am in a very long refund line and hope others will beware and stay clear of this woman. Don't think for an instant that you can believe one word out of this womans mouth.
I would tell everyone who has been ripped off to contact the Attorney Generals office in Mississippi and file a complaint against her. Maybe with enough complaints against Tiny Darlings at the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office as well as screaming here at usacomplaints.com she will be stopped. I want more than my money back, I want her put out of business.
I tried to give her a chance to make good with me but after being ignored I felt like a fool for trying.
