I used Harmony Printing, and not only did they print my product incorrectly and ship it so late that I missed my deadline, but they also tried to blame it on me. They said I should have chosen a different type of paper, yet they only had one option for my specific product, so don't try to tell me I should have chosen a different one.
When I tried to get a refund, their email and phones just magically stopped working. They said they'd deliver them on Tuesday, but nothing arrived on Wednesday. So, I called them, and they said they'd ship them on Wednesday. Nothing arrived on Thursday, so I called again, and they said they'd ship it then. Friday, my deadline came, and I still needed to prepare them before I could put them on the shelves. Nothing came.
They ended up arriving the following Tuesday. It was a week's difference, and they just acted like nothing happened. They printed them wrong too and blamed it on me. This cannot actually be happening; the real world does not work like this.
