Placed an order last week DURING A SPECIAL SALE and their website stated 1-3 weeks for delivery. Checked last night and the site now said 6 months for delivery. Called customer service, waited on hold for what seemed like forever. Finally spoke with a man who told me that the supplier changed the availability of the product on them after I placed my order. However, he then said it may be 3 weeks or 6 months. He really didn't have a clue. Nevertheless the same part is currently available for shipping on Amazon in 6 days and on Dvor's sister site in 7 days. So the truth it, its not on backorder nor is it unavailable for 6 months!
I asked to speak with a manager, only to be place on hold for 16 minutes without anyone ever picking up. Hung up, called back and they say wait times are longer than normal after another 5 minutes, hung up. Who runs a business like this?
Beyond frustrating. I cancelled my order online, lets see if they credit my card. Last time I returned an item and they never credited me. After 2 weeks I called them and they did it manually. Again, they said things were taking normal than longer.
This company imo does not care one bit about its customers OR is completely oblivious to what good customer service is. I have patronized them for several years and they have gotten progressively worse. If you don't mind getting put on hold for long periods of time, being lied to, getting frustrated, not getting your merchandise on time, or not getting returns processed in a reasonable time frame, then use Dvor. Otherwise, my recommendation, GO ELSEWHERE!
