Ordered 7 blinds on 8/7/21 - never received one email from this company to confirm the order but the charge showed up in my bank on 8/7/21. Called them on 9/3/21 asking where my order was and their system is "sensitive" according to Ariana and often banks don't recognize them as a valid business and turn down their charges. Apparently that is what happened to my order. They "don't follow up on payment issues" according to Ariana. I had plenty of money in the bank so it was not a problem on my end. So I've been waiting on my blinds for a month now and never knew they were not making them. Terrible business - stay away - far far away from PaylessDecor.com .
