Terrible cutomer service and snotty attitude from every cashier
If I could give this place 0 stars I totally would. The customer service at this location is absolutely disgusting. I used to think maybe the employees had a bad day but that is in fact not the case. Each employee at this location has always been rude. They have no customer service skills they treat people like trash and they absolutely do not care about there clients. As a person who has spent over $75, 000 this year alone at this location always because of the convince of the location. I put up with the employees being rude, disrespectful and dishonest. How do you work at a location and never have answers for your clients? How do you never know about anything is "you work at said location" how do you even hold a job in a field you obviously don't enjoy? The level of disrespect to clients at this location is beyond me I can't even wrap my head around how your employees can yell at an elderly person because they don't know how to swipe a card and even tell them to never come back. I am beyond irritated and I will make sure I never ever visit a maverick location in my life. The last straw was today when I asked the employee a question and when I asked for her name and the number to corporate she proceeded to give me a made up name. (Shouldn't your employees wear name tags) well the employee instructed the other employee to call the police instead of calling corporate. When the officer arrived I was greeted with you are the one causing trouble? Seriously how are these people still in business? Anyway I was presented a restraining order from this store because apparently they must have enough business that they do not need mine. Which is totally okay with me I will happily take my business to another location that appreciates there customers and that greets them the way they deserve. These "employees" are not doing us the customers a favor they are working and representing a company and they are paid an amount of money to do this and to do it well. After the incident of the employee yelling at my dad nothing else surprises me at all. This all comes from management and trickles down... IF YOU DONT CARE IF YOU ARE TREATED LIKE CRAP FEEL FREE TO CONTINUE TO SHOP AT MAVERICK.
