Verizon bought out SageQuest which was a fleet tracking system, simple and easy to use. Our technicians could use it, and we could track their vehicles and communicate with them. The system is now so unwieldly and complicated that not even our IT specialist can use it. On top of that, they conned us into an additional 3 year contract. We are not getting the product that we originally contracted for, so to me this is fraud, plain and simple
