Terrible customer service!! I ordered checks with a checkbook cover in April. Received the checks only but not the cover. In July I called, was told they could "reship" it but could not expedite or give me a tracking number. So that was a month ago. I called back today only to be told once again that it could be reshipped but it would take another 4 weeks, again with no tracking provided. Not satisfied to be delayed further, I asked to speak to someone else and Charles (who claimed to be a supervisor) was very rude to me. He kept interrupting me, being condescending. I said this makes twice I haven't received it, how do I know it has ever shipped? since they provide no confirmation #, no tracking, nothing. He said, "Because I'm telling you." Sorry Charlie, your word has earned no worth from where I sit!!
