I placed an order with them for checks and a leather cover back in June. The checks showed up in reasonable time, with a note stating that "accessories will follow in 2 to 4 weeks".
A month later, and I had no cover, so I submitted an online inquiry to their customer "service" (Quotes, since they actually provide nothing resembling service) form, asking for a status. Two weeks later, I got a cryptic response from "Bobby", telling me that it could take up to 4 weeks for the accessories to show up — this is in late August, after I explained that the order was made in June.
Another response to them, telling "Bobby" that my order is well past 10 weeks overdue, and I haven't heard a response in over two weeks now, despite multiple emails.
Their 800 number is a joke — no matter what time you call, you'll get a recorded message saying that they're receiving "unusually high call volume", and you get hung up on. They *do* helpfully point you to their web page for customer support, although they fail to mention that that method will result in the same lack of response.
All in all, this is a terrible company to do business with, I highly recommend others steer clear of dealing with them.
