My former boss, Jon Hartman, said he sent our checks by Federal Express and that we were supposed to get them Monday July 16 but they never showed up. We called him and asked about our checks, and he says he sent them. We asked for the tracking number, and he keeps making up excuses and won't give us any other information. He says he'll call us back, but never does. Also, I took my check from two weeks ago to the bank to try to cash it, and they said they couldn't cash it, and they couldn't tell me why. Come to find out, the company didn't have the funds to pay their employees. Other employee's checks bounced, and one employee (that I know of) hasn't been paid for his work for over three weeks. So, I haven't been paid for two weeks of work.
