Cingular Voicemail has system prompts after your personal greeting. One of them is a press for "Operator". There is no operator on the system. Your caller is not given a way back to voicemail. Result is the caller cannot leave a message. Have lost business due to this system failure. Cingular is unwilling to fix the system.
