Complaint for im-proper act of Cashier No. 1365970 working at Customer Care Counter # 005 - "LIVING COLORS" MICROPLUSH BLANKET 102 in X 90 in — 100% Polyeste

I had purhased 102 in X 90 in "Living Colors Microplush Blanket" from Big Lots # 1980
Blue MP Blanket (Item # 810105735), Grey MP Blanlet (Item # 810105734) and Camel MP Blanket (Item # 810105732) on 11/29 vide transaction # 0703. I had gone to the said Big Lots # 1980 for exchanging BLUE & GREY Blankets by CAMEL Blanket on 12/07. I had approached Cashier # 1365970 at Customer Care Counter # 005 with
Camel Blankets for exchanging Blue blanket and Grey Blanket which were in their
original condition. For exchange, she demanded for rate difference. According to receipt and general belief, exchange shall not be associated with rate difference. But to avoid
any inventory control, she had refused to exchange the blankets by demanding rate difference. Please note that Blue and Grey Blankets are in the ORIGINAL CONDITION
