My report is pretty much the same as the others. A charge appeared on my local phone bill from USBI. The only long distance carrier that I use is the dial-around service Telecom USA (10-10-987). This creepy thing is that after I disconnected I picked up the phone to make a call, and could hear people talking over the transmission noise.
This company very non-responsive and I got disconnected twice with their customer service representative (not a conincidince). The third attempt I just received message instructions or a call back later notice.
A charge of $30 appeared on my December bill. I'm a little nervous to see what January has in store. I have not re-visited the web-sites I was at when the crime occurred.
How do we combat this crime?
