I'm trying to cancel an order. The first thing that happened is that I was sent to a page saying "the server is undergoing maintenence" so my order will not be canceled. I also tried looking up customer support pages but every one for an hour came up as "401 you sent a message the server couldnt understand". And this isnt just my internet, my neighbors/friends and my brother 2 states away had the same problem. And so now I can't cancel the order my brother made on my account and looks like i'm also going to have to tell my landlords i'm going to come up short this month. I've finally managed to get to the support page where I am still waiting for my "chat message" to go through. 15 minutes have already gone by. If I cant even trust this site to cancel an order for me, or even direct me to a helpful page, I will sure as heck NEVER again trust it with taking my money. As a result, I will NEVER again use this site and I will inform my friends of this problem and will probably also stop. I am very upset about this.
