I ordered at Newegg three products and they charged my Visa account in less then ten minutes. Eight minutes after that they wrote me an e-mail that my order is hold on, because my payment would be declined. I took an call from my bank and confirmed the payment, but Newegg do nothing first and today cancelled my order.
I wrote two e-mails to Newegg, but no reaction, NOTHING! A very stupid company!
I hope my bank can get my money back.
