CVS mixed up prescriptions failure to check inventory

Went to pick up prescription for son and grand daughters after receiving a call that they were ready and not only had they mixed up prescriptions (putting one under the wrong childs name) they didn't have the medication for my son at all after verifying it was filled. They said tthey will order it and that it should be at the store by 3 the next day. Sent my daughter in at 5 the next day and they told her they didnt have it in stock. I called them and they double checked and found it in inventory they said they hadn't had time to put it up. Not only was all this a hassle but the lady was acting very put out when I picked them up the first day and the man was very rude when I called the following day, he kept interrupting me and hung up before I could voice my unhappiness about the service. I was being very professional and empathetic about all of it. This is not the first time this has happened and if there was a closer pharamacy I would switch.
