This is the Walmart pharmacy of Harker Heights, Tx. I understand that Walgreens will no longer handle prescriptions under Tricare and Walmart has to pick up the slack, but if Walmart cannot handle the load, customers should be informed of delays and that their prescriptions will not be available for two days or maybe three. Rushing prescriptions as they are doing will not help anyone, especially if the medication is not properly mixed or prepared. Calling agencies to get approvals for prescriptions should also be handle in proper time and customers should be notified if medication will not be out the same day. Having consumers come two and three times to Walmart to see if their prescription is ready, is not a good practice. These are just some of the things that Walmart leaders should look at instead of trying to work a load too much to handle.
