The owners of Booklocker run a manipulative site called Writers Weekly. These people allow ALL negative reports and warnings about everyone including competitor publishers but TRY and write something/anything about BookLocker or any of their friends and your post will be edited or deleted.
This site preys on the unsuspected writer who thing Writers Weekly is a stand alone. This is the spiders web. The Spider is Angela and her husband "The Hoys."
Be careful with these publishers as once you publish your book with them they keep your ISBN which will make it impossible to take your book elswhere.
