We publish our books with Lulu and the service was ok. We then switch over to booklocker.com for our new book after reading and speaking with the folks at booklocker.com (VIA emails) their services looks really good and emails was being reply to quickly. But after switching to booklocker.com emails took weeks to get a reply back and it's impossible to speaking with someone in customer services. We paid this company to design our book cover and it was delay for 3 weeks and 2 days to be exact and when they finally sent us a mock up it was some template design they put together in 20 minutes. We finally asked for a refund via email my boss got back an email in less than 30 mins with "No Refunds"
