Paid for goods but never delivered

Goods were purchased while on holiday in december 2012 with promise of delivery. However, the goods were never delivered to me. On returning to my countty of residence south africa - I went to aldo S. A but they were unwilling to assist me. The service and response I have revieved from aldo has been disgusting, unhelpful and unprofessional. All I now want is my money back. I will never shop at aldo again.
