I have used Strategic for over a year, until one day I hired an employee who liked to come to work early. This employee reported to me that the security guards are never there when he comes in. I was paying for security from 10 pm to 6 am. This made me take a closer look at the service. I have cameras installed and pointed at the guard shck to monitor activity. I can say I was a little more than surprised to find out the guard would come in from 1/2 hour to 2 hours late and left every day at 3 am. I brought this to the attention of Strategic and they denied it. I sent them a copy of the tape, not once, but 3 times, each time they stated they have never recieved it. I hand delivered a copy and watched it with the owner. Mr. Salaman watched the tape with great interest then stated he would fix the problem. I asked about a refund of funds due to the false times, he stated he could not do that as he had already paid the officer. I found a new security company, but had to honor the 30 day out clause in their contract, even though they screwed up. I hired a new company and have never been happier. Strategic threatened me with lawyers and such, I did not pay their last invoice and they are now trying to sue me for it. I paid for all services rendered. I would never use this service again, your better off with no security at all.
