Ken sold me on a strategic and marketing plan, company mission and vision, a swot analysis, and a break even analysis, profit and loss as well as financial forecasting. What I did not know was... These things are automatically included in a strategic plan.
I never received my marketing plan or the other things promised. Ken Seawell keeps citing his contract when I've asked for a refund.in my opinion he is not a business coach or consultant. He's nothing more than a well dressed fast talker that swindled me.
