Told me that I had to pay in advance Charged me for services never rendered

Strategic told me that I had to pay for services connected to a John Beck program that I had joined. This turned out to be false information. I have since resolved my problems with John Becks company, and I am seeking closure with Stategic Finacial Services for the money I paid them with no services rendered.
