Anderson Design & Darfting LLC located in Ocala, FL have been and are currently engaged in deceptive business practices, and are currently facing litigation in two states due to it. After contacting several of their customers, it has been established that they have a somewhat colorful reputation of the following
* Non-payment of sub-contractors
* Clearly deceptive business practices, including fraud
* Commitment of slander/liable against at least two individuals
* Falsfication of documents
* False statements regarding work performed
* False billing/invoicing
* Deceptive administrative advertising
* Theft of sub-contractor materials
* Intentional abuse of customerpurchase orders
Due to their prior involvement in programs for a major defense contractor, their current situation has been deemed as UNUSABLE and they are removed from the vendors list for quotes. If you have or are considering this company, please check with your local better business bureau. Should you work require any level of accuracy, or detail, please also be aware that this company does not have the correct staff in place to complete these projects, however they do and will accept any retainers, or funds under that assumption.
