Myself and several other customers have contracted this pool builder to work on our properties. Outback Design/Gary Ross failed to perform the work contracted.
The entire sales process was deceptive and misleading and the contract did not reflect what was agreed to, Outback Design sells a certain amount of square footage of deck and then instructs its Project Managers to put down 10% less than the contract.
The design of the project built at my house and others houses when finished reflected so many design flaws that it was a total disaster and did not reflect what we were promised.
When I refused to make my final payment Outback Design sent me nasty threatening letters and then turned me in to code enforcement for having some other work done at my house without a permit.
I know several other people that have had the same and worse experiance with Outback Design/Gary Ross that I have.
The owner of this company is a liar, thief and a fraud and several people have told me that he is on the verge of going out of business... Buyer beware!!!
