Ripoff, fraudulent billing for a service I never ordered

I was billed for two months worth of services, to which I called their phone number only to find out that they had all gone home. Please call back later.

I called my local phone company and complained about the bill. They could not tell me anything except that USA voicemail had submitted a bill to them against my phone number.

I told them that I had never requested the service and they removed the amount.

I just received this month's bill and there it is again. When I called, they again were not there, but did give me an email address.

When I attempted to contact them, I saw this consumer complaints from someone else on the same company.
