I had the unpleasant experience on buying from BONTON on 21st june, when I placed my order with overnight shipping expecting it to be delivered by monday 24th.
My husband would be able to pick up the bought items just up to monday, as he is leaving early on tuesday (25th).
I already contacted bonton several times to understand what is happening with the items shipping and all the persons that tried to help me gave me different information. Some of them told me that the items were not shipped yet (until 24th - today) some of them told me to wait until the end of the day, because the tracking number might not update fast. But the tracking number from UPS they gave me is not eve available to be tracked, so the item has not been receiver by UPS by now (24th), so how would I be able to receive anything today?
All people that I talked to told me that I would have the shipping money back if the items dont arrive by monday, but what they didn´t understand is that I wouldn´t have bought anything if I knew it would not arrive by monday.

I need full refund if the items dont arrive TODAY!!!
Tomorrow there will be nobody to pick the items up and I don´t want only the shipping money back I want all my money back as my husband wont be there anymore.
I also asked for cancellation as nothing has been shipped yet, but all people said that´s not possible.

All the e-mails below were exchanged with people from BONTON, but I didn´t get an acceptable answer:

I dont want it to be shipped today, please!!! I wont be able to pick it up tomorrow!!!
I need the full refund!!! Or at least the change of the shipping address otherwise I will never be able to pick this package up, as my husband is leaving Joliet tomorrow very early.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND ME!

I need a full refund! Not only for the shipping!!!

This is ridiculous. I've just called you and the person told me my order has not shipped yet!!! How an that be?!
I've paid for overnight shipping!
I won't have anybody to receive the package after 11am on Tuesday!

I need a guarantee that I won't r charged or anything that arrives tlater than 11 am on Tuesday!
I've paid for everything to arrive on monday and i know I wont have it
The worst part ia estou heat from the agent "what would you like me to do?"
And when I say I want them I solve the problem they say they can't do anything

I need an answer, because this is not acceptable!

Ive placês my order on Friday before 11 est because it was written there that the order would be delivered by June 24th. Please make sure this will happen, otherwise, please cancel the order, because the person that will pick up this order will only be available until 24th.
