On Sunday, July 7 I purchased two natural deodorant via from LilaBare (Located in Port Moody, Canada) and requested early in the morning for the products to be sent in a glass jar via. However, the owner ignored my request and send a shipping confirmation in the afternoon stating that my order has been shipped without a tracking number.
After this incident, I decided to refused her item and on Monday, July 15 contacted her again to request for a tracking number. However she has not replied since then.
I left a long review on July 15 via Etsy. However my view of Lilabare have changed since this disappointing experience.
I wish the owner issued a full refund for the items one the product has been received.
