Dear Kohls,
I asked the store clerk as I was paying for my purchases, if they give military discount, she replied that they do, I was so excited to hear the wonderful news. I shop in Kohls once a week. Everytime I went In the store I recieved a discount for about 2 months. I went to the store in Prescott Valley, Arizona, as my usual trip. I offered my card and the store clerk said they do not give military discounts, I told her my story she said no, we have never given military discounts. I asked for management she called the manager and over the phone she told her no, we never have given that discount. I was embarrassed, I looked like a lier in front of the line of people, that were waiting to check out. I wanted to go home and get all my receipts and prove to her that I was telling her the truth. But I did not want to waste my time and gas.
Please clear this up for me. Does Kohls give discounts or not? If not why not? If they do, these need to be straighten out with the Prescott Valley, Arizona store...
