Telephone Company ripoff dishonest careless

I choose IDT for my local and long distance telephone company about two years ago.

After six months, I started to have problems with my long and international calls, they been re-routed to many other telephone numbers, but not to the one, I intend it to call.

Of course, every single time this happen, I have to pay
for that call any way.

I called the 800 hundred number so many times, and so many times they told me, that they would fix the problem, but in the mean time they provide me with a 1010 number, so I can make my calls.
After a year and a half I still trying to make them to provide me with the good service that they promise me, and that they shoul give to avery single one of their costumers.

Just two weeks ago, I call the 800 hundred number, for the same reason, this time after I explain to coustomer representative named Sofia allen my odeal, she responde, you have to live with that, because we cannot solve the problem, is in the router sistem, and is nothing we can do abouit it.

Very rude, dishonest, and non professional personnel IDT have, seen to me that they are custom made for that CARELESS COMPANY.

I hope that other people with the same or similar problem with IDT come forward and disclousure the way IDT operates.
