This company billed me for $425 in 900 calls that were allegedly made from my 13 year old daughter's bedroom. The calls were to have been made from 4:45 AM until 6:20 in the morning last February.
The first notice I received wasin December. I called them and they played a recording of an unidentified male voice authorizing the calls. I explained that I was the only male in the house at that time. The employee acknowledged that the voice wasn't mine. They then sent me a letter rejecting my dispute of the charges and threatening to hire a collection agency.
I plan to call my local phone company and the attorney general. But, I'd appreciate any other help on this scam.
