Well, I've read alot of replies about Targets great service record. All I can say is... B. S!
If these employees WERE in fact true customer service people, then alot of the comments made by these customer relations employees of Target are a direct reflection of the true lack of customer service by Target. Let me key you employees into one thing. If you don't get me to buy your products as is the case with the rest of us "consumers", then you don't get paid, or your hours get cut due to lack of sales. Truth be told... The investors will hack your as*es off at the knees by cutting your job to keep getting corporate dividends each year. You are key to the corporate investors. You are also like us "consumers", herded cattle. You too are expendable! Simple, corporate expendable assets, fired and hired to generate gross annual income for the investors.
Get a grip on the truth and realize that we customers are key to your job future. Our money says whether you eat or starve. So it goes without saying you depend on us to get paid.
In closing I'd say that you employees treat customers EXACTLY like you treat these consumers here at this forum. So you haven't exactly defended Target, you just proved what we believed and said. Thanks. I'm on my way to WAL-MART!
