I ordered about $200.00 in Christmas gifts through ABC on November 4 and it's now December 22. Half of my stuff is still missing. I'm very upset with this.
They say there is something wrong with my account and must call them RIGHT AWAY, but it's impossible to get in touch with them. The customer service phone line will have you on hold forever that is, IF you can even get through to that number.
There is no way to contact them via email. You are required to give them your phone number and email address yet they don't know how to use either of them.
I have to buy replacement gifts at the store now, and it's December 23 already. This has been a HUGE nightmare.
