Ecently i did a return at walmart, when it did not post to my bank account i call and talked to customer service. The arrogance of these csreps is not good for business. Iasked to speak with a manager they gave me dave. Right from the start he starts telling i am going to listen to him do i understand. 1st i am a manager where i work i have been in retail for fifteen years i can calm the worst upset customer outthere. Does dave not to my knowledge. Anyway things did get heated and he called me a punk. So i started to retaliate by saying things that were out of line. Anyway walmart you lost a customer i will never shop your companies again thanks to dave your co manager at the burkhardt location in evansville, indiana. Wal mart you owe me an apology for the action of your co manager. What happen to the customer is always right, even if the customer is wrong they are still right. Remember sam walton would not stand for his customers to be treated as such. He knew how his company grew by the customer.
