I order a next day part for a customer. I waited for the package to be delivered, no package. So I tracked the package. On the tracking screen it showed it was in louisville, ky.
When I spoke with federal express customer service they stated the package was on the dock in louisville. They told me that would not happen. So I asked to speak with a manager the manager told me the package was in memphis, tn and there was no way I was going to get the package as requested. If this was the first time, or second or third I might understand.
This has been an ongoing with fed ex ever since they got their contract with the honda motorcycle co. Their customer service people do not know what their right hand or left hand is doing. If I was the ceo I would start cleaning house.
We as customers make their paychecks and do we get the service they advertise? Hell no, we get cs reps that have to read off of cue cards we are sorry for your problem there is nothing that can be done. Wake up fed ex as consumers we can cause your company to go broke by using other carriers. I challenge the ceo to set up and do his job, remember how his company grew, customer satisfaction should be his bottom line, not how many people and business can they abuse with their unfriendly additudes towards their customers.
