2 weeks in a row CVS Millersville MD has "no record" of rxs phoned in by Doctor's office. I was sitting there listening to the phone call in. Staff appears busy but customer service is NON EXISTENT and there is no follow through and excessive wait times for rxs to be filled or even to make eye contact with a staff member. I don't have this experience at any of the other local pharmacies so it will be easier to discontinue use but I have gone here for 2 years with pretty much the same crappy service.
