I bought a pair of footwear from ALDO. But, the strap of the footwear broke after just 3 days. I asked the staff to replace or exchange, for which they told me that i can exchange for a new one. I selected a pair of footwear at ALDO Store, Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi, India. My size in that design was not available that time but the staff assured me that they can arrange the same within 3-4 days. Hence, I did the complete payment of Rs. 5,800 as advance for the same. The slip number of cash receipt number is 3040018804 dated 27/04. It's been 3 weeks since I did the payment but the store has still not been able to arrange that footwear and I have not received it till now. There is no satisfactory response when I call the concerned person and they are still not able to confirm an exact date of delivery. This is not at all expected from a reputed brand like ALDO. Please look into the matter as soon as possible or otherwise refund my money back.
