While shopping at the Lynchburg Mall at Christmas Time. I thought I would buy a flashing battery for my cell phone. So the Sale Rep. Kesha L. Tanner. The battery that she gave me worked when she pick it up and she said she would put the face plate that I brought on for me and the back cover along with the flashing battery. Well she gave me back my cell phone she said that there was nothing wrong with my flashing battery. Just take it home and put it on the charger and it would be fine. I said are you sure and she said yes. RIPOFF RIPOFF The phone number was disconnected that the receipt had on it.
