I ordered a prescription sunglass on April 12 and was provided estimated delivery date of April 22. On April 23 my wife told that she got a call that it has come. I went to pick up my glass but was told that it has been returned due to quality issue. I repeatedly asked "what was the quality issue?" Was it not made as per the prescription specification? My purpose was to make myself sure that I will get the lenses for my eye as per prescribed for me and all the etra I paid for non reflecting coating, anti scratch coating, etc. But the lady keep on repeating "quality issue". I am paying around $400.00 for my glass and the lady does not think necessary to explain me what is the quality issue so that I can trust in the product as well as in the workmanship of lensecrafter. This is my first experience with lensecrafter. I am praying God that this time I will get my glass. Is not it unbelievable that there was quality issue but it was shipped from their manufacturing facility probably in Dallas? Should not lenscrqafter have quality inspection facility at the same place glasses are made?
