Of Milford, Connecticut Jack S. Dennis, CFO and CAO, LensCrafters, Inc, 4000 Luxottica Pl, Mason, Ohio 45040 $90 ripoff!

I am a businesswoman, the owner of a small business. I made the mistake of going to LensCrafters in Milford, CT, in September, since a lens had fallen out of my now-broken eyeglass frame.
I was told that I needed an eye exam. I agreed. Then I was pressured into buying two pairs of glasses. What I was not told, and never was told until today, was that High Index lenses were available.instead, I was given glasses with "coke bottle" thick lenses. Since I need glasses to see, I accepted them.
Today, January 2, I returned to LensCrafters with a complaint that the prescription was too strong and was making me dizzy.instead, the General Manager, Dennis Rosadini, insisted that the prescription was right, and told me that yes, High Index lenses were, indeed, available. The extra charge would be $90.
I have written to the CFO and CAO, Jack S. Dennis, about this matter, since I am at a disadvantage here. I see no reason why I should need to pay an additional $90 for LensCrafters' error.
