I recently wrote a critical review of StubHub when they refused to cancel an order and refund my money. They do monitor complaint sites and are proactive in stating how sorry they are that anyone is having problems and to please write us back at our "Executive" customer service address - get this - yourfeedbackmatters.com, and we will take care of everything.
Well, I got that response, but I waited a couple of days for my bank to run a chargeback and refund my money. Then I wrote them, explained again what happened and even forwarded all the emails I got from their so-called customer service.
Think I got a reply, a response, an acknowledgement? Maybe I got an apology, an explanation, something to back up this spiffy executive service they promise to provide if you had problems with their service.
Nada. Zilch. Nothing. Completely ignored, which is what their normal customer service did to me. Maybe there's a slot to give them high marks for consistently lying to you..
